Workshops
Yoga + Journaling with Arancha (English, 09:00–10:30)

How long has it been since you listened to what your body has to say? Morning rush can disconnect us from our sensations, so this practice is an invitation to wake up gently, slowly and with presence.
We will begin with soft, somatic Hatha Yoga. Rather than aiming for perfect poses, we will feel the weight of the bones, release morning stiffness and create space from within. With the body still calm, we will then move to the page for 30 minutes of guided journaling. A prompt will help the ink translate what the body has explored on the mat.
A safe, non-judgemental space to arrive in yourself before the noise of the day begins.
Animal Flow with Oki (English, 11:00–12:30)
Discover the benefits of ground-based movement for mobility, stability, injury resilience and athletic development. This introductory class explores a comprehensive movement system through accessible, precise and fluid sequences.
Moving with control and grace helps us understand the edges of our mobility and stability. The practice is holistic, playful and visually expressive: an invitation to move like a human by learning to flow like a beast.

Thai Yoga Massage with Bart (English, 13:00–14:30)
No experience is needed. After this single workshop, you will be able to offer a simple and effective Thai Yoga Massage treatment to friends and family.
Discover Thai Yoga Massage through playful partner exercises, mindful movement and simple techniques inspired by an ancient healing tradition.
Working in pairs, you will both give and receive, using gentle pressure and assisted stretches to release tension, improve flexibility, support circulation and encourage a calm, meditative state.
Those wishing to develop their skills further can continue with the structured course by Bart.
Conducted in English, but easy for non-English speakers to follow through demonstration and practice.

Potluck lunch
Bring a vegetarian or vegan dish to share. If you have specific dietary needs, you are also welcome to bring food for yourself. The break is part of the gathering: a relaxed moment to eat, rest and get to know one another.
Tai Chi with Nataliia (bilingual, English & Spanish, 16:30–18:00)

Tai Chi is meditation in movement: a practice that helps us slow down, return our attention to the body, quiet repetitive thoughts and develop concentration. Gentle, continuous movement supports balance and keeps the joints mobile.
The session is suitable for all ages, including people returning to movement after injury or rehabilitation and anyone for whom intense physical exertion is not appropriate. It can also be especially helpful for people living with ongoing mental or intellectual stress.
Contact Improvisation with Manu (English, 18:30–20:00)
By bringing conscious attention to bodily sensations, we create a gentle connection with the body through muscular release and minimal effort. From there, movement can adapt fluidly and spontaneously to the floor and to our dance partners.
We will explore shared weight, counterbalance, support and momentum, allowing these possibilities to emerge in rhythm with the tides of the breath. The invitation is to listen, respond and play rather than force a particular result.

Fusion Dance: Inhabiting Ourselves to Meet One Another with Sayil (bilingual, English & Spanish, 20:30–22:00)

Fusion Dance is a free-form partner dance rooted in connection and presence. Breathing, playing and creating together allow us to blend different movement languages—whether they come from other dance styles or from our own natural way of moving. You do not need previous dance experience.
What matters is presence and attentive listening, both to yourself and to the other person, so that each encounter can remain caring and consensual. Sayil will gradually introduce a shared movement language, bringing together her work in Fusion Dance and Gestalt Creative Movement.
Inhabiting Ourselves to Meet One Another is an invitation to rediscover ourselves in every encounter. No two dances are the same: we combine styles, experience and natural movement to create something unique through attention, curiosity and enjoyment.
Acroyoga for Everyone with Inma (Spanish, Sunday 11:00–12:30)
A multilevel space that adapts to your own challenges, whether you already practise acroyoga or are taking your first steps. It is an invitation to let go of control, enter the present moment and open ourselves to another person.
We will explore trust in the body, communication and shared support. In acroyoga, we do not only lift one another: we also learn how to support and how to be supported.

Languages and accessibility
The language of each workshop is shown in the programme. Sessions marked as bilingual may adapt between English and Spanish according to the group. Bart’s workshop is taught in English but relies strongly on physical demonstration. If you have access needs or questions about whether a session is suitable for you, please contact the organisers before booking.
