Cancellations
If a participant is unable to attend the event, no refund will be provided. You may sell your ticket to another person and transfer it into their name.
If the event is cancelled, the organiser will refund the ticket price, excluding the ticketing platform fee. The organisation accepts no liability for expenses related to the festival, such as travel or accommodation.
Programme changes
Changes to the programme may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Please check the website for updates.
Photos and videos
The event takes place in a public space, and we will take photos and videos to document it and promote future events. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform us in advance and notify the event photographer.
