{"id":6,"date":"2026-01-07T13:31:06","date_gmt":"2026-01-07T13:31:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lamutable.es\/?page_id=6"},"modified":"2026-05-28T14:47:58","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T12:47:58","slug":"quienes-somos","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lamutable.es\/en\/","title":{"rendered":"Who we are"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Mutable is a non-profit association born in Valencia to sustain something simple yet hard to achieve alone: making movement, wellbeing and cultural activities <strong>affordable for those who take part and sustainable for those who organise them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We believe in the power of movement, creativity and coming together as tools for individual and collective transformation. But we also know that, for these spaces to exist and last, they need a structure to support them. That is why La Mutable works as a <strong>mutual support network<\/strong>: a shared framework that pools resources, knowledge and backing so that each project can focus on what it does best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are especially here for two communities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>People who organise and teach<\/strong> \u2014 workshop leaders, teachers and facilitators who offer classes, workshops and gatherings. At La Mutable they find an environment that helps with the organisational and financial side, so that running their activity is viable without giving up fair prices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Self-organised clubs<\/strong> \u2014 groups that manage their own practice autonomously, such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/acroyoga-club.es\/\" target=\"_self\">Acroyoga Club<\/a>. Each club freely decides its activities, its projects and how it organises itself, while benefiting from belonging to a wider network that brings stability and continuity to what they do.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">What brings them together is a single idea: that caring for the body, emotional health and cultural life need not be either expensive or precarious.What brings them together is a single idea: that caring for the body, emotional health and cultural life need not be either expensive or precarious.
