Workshops
Emuná Yoga with Yesica (Spanish, 09:00–10:30)

Before supporting another person, it is important to learn how to support yourself. Emuná Enraíza is a workshop conceived as a foundation for acroyoga and other conscious-movement encounters: a space to cultivate presence, breathing and connection with your own body before sharing it with others.
Through a flowing yoga sequence, we will work on mobility, stability, functional strength, balance and body awareness. We will explore how to breathe while moving, engage the core and find an alignment that allows each posture to arise from stability rather than effort.
The practice is open to everyone, even if you have never done yoga or acroyoga. All you need is curiosity, a desire to learn and a willingness to connect with yourself.
Mobility Flow with Muriel (11:00–12:30)

A session for exploring whole-body mobility through progressive, mindful and accessible movement. We will work with the joints, coordination and control to discover new possibilities for movement without forcing.
The session is adapted to different levels and requires no previous experience. Come in comfortable clothes, ready to listen to your body, play and move more freely.
Thai Massage with Alix (bilingual, English and Spanish, 13:00–14:30)

A space to learn and experience simple Thai massage techniques, both as the person giving and as the person receiving. Through touch, listening and silence, we will explore a way of relating to the body with greater presence and attention.
It will be a moment to pause, breathe, let go of the pace of everyday life and reconnect with our sensations. This is not only about learning a technique, but about discovering massage as a practice of listening: feeling, accompanying and making space for the body to express itself.
Break in the entrance area (14:30–16:30)
A generous break to eat, rest and spend time together in the entrance area. You can bring your own food and use this time to slow down and meet other people before the activities resume.
Sound bath and guided relaxation with Melinda (16:30–18:00)

This session is all about giving ourselves time to slow down, relax the body and mind, and enjoy the beautiful sounds and vibrations of soothing instruments. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and guided relaxation techniques to help release tension, quiet the mind, and settle into a deeper state of calm. From there, you’ll be guided through an immersive sound bath journey with crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, wind chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, and many more instruments. No previous experience is needed — just come as you are, get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow yourself to relax and recharge.
Acroyoga with Ignasi and Andrea (Spanish, 18:30–20:00)

A workshop for playing, learning and having fun while building trust and care among everyone taking part. We will explore the foundations of acroyoga through partner and group exercises, with attention to communication, safety and mutual support.
The session is open to different levels. You do not need to come with a partner: we will form groups during the session to learn how to base, fly and care for the people we practise with.
Contact Improvisation with Miguel Horacio (bilingual, English and Spanish, 20:30–22:00)

This workshop focuses on the language of Contact Improvisation and includes an introduction to movement through the philosophy and principles of the Axis Syllabus.
It is intended for everyone, with or without movement experience, and introduces a physical language that is kind to the body, sustainable over time and practised in community. It does not matter whether you are 20 or 80: the session begins with listening, curiosity and respect for what each body can do.
Languages and accessibility
The language of each workshop is shown when it has been confirmed. Sessions marked as bilingual may alternate between English and Spanish depending on the group. If you have any accessibility requirements, questions about the language, or doubts about whether a session is suitable for you, please contact the organisers before booking.
