Activities
Emuná Yoga with Yesica (09:30–10:45)

Before supporting another person, it is important to learn how to support yourself. Emuná Enraíza is a workshop that lays the foundations for acroyoga and other conscious movement gatherings: a space to cultivate presence, breathing, and connection with your own body before sharing that connection with others.
Through a flowing yoga sequence, we will work on mobility, stability, functional strength, balance, and body awareness. We will explore how to breathe while moving, engage the core, and find alignment so each pose grows from stability rather than effort.
The practice is open to everyone, even if you have never tried yoga or acroyoga. All you need is curiosity, a willingness to learn, and an openness to connecting with yourself.
Lillah: The Game of Life with Eu G (11:00 – 12:30)

What if life were a game… and we could learn to play it differently?
Lilah is a journey of self-discovery and expanded awareness through yoga, movement, reflection, and play.
A workshop to step out of autopilot for a while, notice where we are, discover what moves us, and, above all, experience life from a different perspective.
- Yoga to feel at home in your body.
- Lilah to explore the game of life.
- Humour and fun to help us take ourselves less seriously.
- Awareness to discover new possibilities.
Because perhaps growth does not always have to be serious, solemn, and profound…
Sometimes it is also about playing.
A space to move, laugh, question, surprise yourself, and open new doors of awareness.
Feel like playing?
Slow Flow with Muriel (13:00 – 14:30)

A journey of exploration where flow and stillness meet and nourish each other.
A space to listen to the body, feel our own movement, and follow the small inner wave that is always there, waiting for room to express itself.
A class to reconnect with feeling, soften, and give the body some care.
Shared meal in the entrance area (14:30–16:30)
Bring something vegan to share. We have suggested vegan food so everyone can share and enjoy the meal easily. If you have specific dietary needs, you are welcome to bring something for yourself.
Clothing swap (15:00–16:00)

Clothing swap in the main space
Bring clothes you no longer wear and give them a new life!
Tai Chi with Nataliia (16:30–18:00)

Tai Chi is meditation in motion: a practice that helps us slow down, bring our attention back to the body, quiet repetitive thoughts, and develop concentration. Gentle, continuous movement supports balance and keeps the joints mobile.
The session is suitable for people of all ages, including those returning to movement after an injury or rehabilitation and those who cannot do intense physical exercise. It may also be especially helpful for people experiencing ongoing mental or intellectual stress.
Fusion Dance with Sayil (18:30 – 20:00)

Fusion Dance is a free-form partner dance rooted in connection and presence. Breathing, playing, and creating together lets us combine the body languages of other dances with our natural movement, so you do not need to know how to dance. What matters is being present and listening to yourself and your partner, caring for each other, and noticing how you want to connect in each moment. Sayil will gradually introduce a shared language that brings together her work in Fusion and Gestalt Creative Movement.
“Inhabiting Ourselves to Meet Each Other” invites us to discover ourselves in every encounter, knowing that no two dances are the same. We blend styles, experiences, and natural movement to create something unique through attention, curiosity, and enjoyment.
Motion and Emotion with Julia (20:30 – 22:00)

A dance workshop with blues music.
A dance workshop exploring how to express emotions through solo and partner movement, connect with our own voice, and learn to communicate through it.
Everyone is welcome, whether you have danced before or not. The class can be adapted to all levels.
