Dance, play and connection
Dance Connection grew from a simple idea: dancing to connect.
Here, dance is both the means and the end. A place to play, explore and enjoy movement, starting with the smallest things: ourselves, our bodies, the music, the rhythm, the steps, the sensations… and then opening ourselves to connecting with others, in whatever way each moment calls for: in pairs, in a group or simply with ourselves.
Through dance, we explore how to feel more at home in ourselves, listen to what we feel and allow ourselves to move from there. When we give ourselves space to feel, play and express ourselves, the way we meet the world and the people around us can also change.
Dance helps us change, transform our experiences and discover other ways of being, relating and enjoying life.
You don’t need to know how to dance.
Just bring your body, your curiosity and a desire to play.
Dance Connection is a space to dance, explore, connect and, above all, enjoy.

- 11:00–13:00: workshop,
- 13:00–14:30: jam and picnic.
